How do you price a software project?

After discovery we issue a fixed proposal covering scope, team shape, timeline and cost. For open-ended roadmaps we price a dedicated squad monthly instead, so scope can flex without renegotiating every change.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Frequently — a large share of our work is taking over, stabilising, or modernising software someone else built. We start with an audit of architecture, test coverage, security and delivery risk, then propose an incremental plan. A full rewrite is a last resort, not an opening bid.

What happens after launch?

Most clients continue with managed services: monitoring, incident response, security patching, and a continuous improvement roadmap. If you would rather bring it in-house, we support handover with documentation and pairing during transition.
