This website, amigosmartech.com, is operated by Amigo Smart Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”), Plot No 31, Thirumala Hills, Mahadevapuram, Gajularamaram, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500055, India. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number;
- Your company or organisation (optional);
- Project details: engagement type, budget range, timeline and your message;
- Whether you opted in to receive occasional engineering insights from us.
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
- IP address — recorded with form submissions and used to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting).
- Usage data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics (see Cookies & analytics).
- Server logs — our hosting provider keeps standard access and error logs for security and troubleshooting.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, schedule a call and prepare a proposal;
- To deliver services under any agreement we enter into with you;
- To send occasional updates, only if you ticked the opt-in box — you can unsubscribe at any time;
- To understand how the website is used and improve it;
- To keep the website and our systems secure and to prevent spam or misuse;
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example when you submit the form or opt in to updates), to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and for our legitimate interests in running and protecting this website. We never sell your personal data.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. It sets first-party cookies
(such as _ga) that identify a browser across visits but not you by name.

You can opt out with the

or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
5. Sharing & third parties
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who help us run the business — web hosting, email and analytics — under appropriate confidentiality terms;
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook and Instagram take you to services run by other companies under their own privacy policies. Some of our providers may process data outside India; where that happens we rely on safeguards permitted by applicable law.
6. Retention & security
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of the engagement plus any period required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
We use HTTPS across the site, restrict access to submitted data to people who need it, and block public access to the folders where submissions are stored. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where relevant, the GDPR — you may:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- Withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing;
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf;
- Raise a complaint with us, and then with the relevant data protection authority.

8. Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
